- Report of the City Clerk of the City Council, re: Posting of Agenda. The Agenda for the Tuesday, June 24, 2025 Special Public Meeting of the City Council was posted on June 20, 2025, on the Bulletin Board Outside City Hall.
A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 613 E Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following items) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Public Hearing for Stage I Preliminary Design Review Case No. PDR-003252-2024 to demolish an existing surface parking to construct a new four-story commercial building (medical office) with one on-site loading space on an approximately 7,920 square-foot site, addressed as 201 West Glenoaks Boulevard, located in the DSP/GAT (Downtown Specific Plan/Gateway District) zone, APN: 5644-013-040
Mayor Najarian opened the public hearing at 3:37 P.M. and closed it at 4:11 P.M.
