MOTION
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Approves the Glendale Police Department’s participation in the Los Angeles County Real Estate Fraud Prosecution Trust Fund Program (“Program”); and
2. Authorizes the City Manager or a designee to accept grant funds from the Program in the amount of $5,000, as more particularly discussed in the report by the Police Chief to the City Council dated July 15, 2025, and to execute the necessary agreements, certifications, and other documents to implement the funding of said grant funds.
