I, a resident of Glendale, CA, demand that Glendale City Council alter the Glendale Land Use Element to eliminate the proposed City-Owned Residential Overlay (CORO).

The small-town charm and long-time businesses of Montrose Shopping Park will suffer and ultimately close; the quiet streets of historic Rossmoyne and Royal neighborhoods will choke with congestion.

The City of Glendale has prioritized the profits of unscrupulous real estate developers and faraway politicians over the needs of Glendale residents and small businesses. THIS MUST STOP.
