Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with the State of California – Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) for the award of funds under the CHP Cannabis Tax Law Enforcement Grant Program and to accept funds in the amount of $435,345.44.
