2. Police Department, re: State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program, Request for Authorization to Accept Grant Funds to be used to reduce and mitigate the impacts of impaired driving in local communities
Motion to accept grant funds in the amount of $435,345.44 and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the State of California - Department of California Highway Patrol for the award of funds under the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Cannabis Tax Fund Law Enforcement Grant Program Staff Comments:
