MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials and exhibits relative to the request of the owner(s) of record of the residential property located at 1833 Niodrara Drive (the “Property”) to authorize the City Manager to enter into a Mills Act Contract with the owner(s), and after having conducted a public hearing on said request and receiving testimony, the City Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby denies the request of the owner(s) of record of the Property to authorize the City Manager to enter into a Mills Act historical property contract with the Property owner. This denial is based on the Council’s determination, that, based on information in the record, including, but not limited to, the fact that the Property already has high historic integrity and is in very good condition, entering into a Mills Act Contract with the owner(s) of record of the Property is not warranted or appropriate.
