Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the Tablet Command Inc.
Agreement, in the amount not to exceed $63,550, for a total contract amount of $158,450 for software and professional services of a shared and sustainable incident management tool for Incident Commanders. Said agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney.
