MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to execute a professional services agreement with Architectural Resources Group for a historic district survey for the proposed Verdugo Woodlands historic district, in an amount not to exceed $91,760, as outlined in the August 12, 2025, staff report from the Director of Community Development. Said agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
