M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member _________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the Report to Council dated August 12, 2025 regarding the proposed Verdugo Woodland Historic District, the Council finds pursuant to Section 30.25.030(C)(2) of the Glendale Municipal Code that there is reason to require further public input to indicate the level of support for establishing a historic district overlay zone and requires the applicant to circulate a petition and obtain the signatures of owners of more than 25% of the properties within the proposed historic district prior to the City’s preparation and execution of the historic district survey contract with Architectural Resources Group.
