MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that following the appropriation of $465,600 from the City’s Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) fund in support of the transfer/assignment of Metro Loma Apartments, an affordable housing project located at 328 Mira Loma Avenue, to a new borrower/lessee (Linc Housing’s newly created entity, Linc 328 Mira Loma LLC), as outlined in the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated August 12, 2025 from the Director of Community Development, said funds may be released upon terms and conditions acceptable to and approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
