MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council hereby approves the Second Amendment to Amended and Restated City Attorney Employment Agreement with City Attorney Michael J. Garcia as set forth in the Report to Council dated August 19, 2025, and authorizes the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the City of Glendale.
