Moved by Council Member ________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________, that with respect to the Report to Council dated August 26, 2025 regarding Consideration of Development Standards and Conditional Use Permit for Drive Through Restaurant Facilities, the Council hereby provides final direction to staff and initiates the preparation of amendments to Title 30 of the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, to regulate drive through restaurant facilities, as follows:
