M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to accept grant funds in the amount of $90,389.33 from the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and execute all agreements, certifications, and other documents required to accept the grant fund. The agreements shall be in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
