Moved by Council Member ___________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to set the time, date and place for a public hearing concerning Vacation Case No. 192V; being the vacation of the Portion of First Alley Easterly of Central Avenue, Southerly of California Avenue, Westerly of Orange Street (Alley 239); as set forth in the report of the Director of Public Works dated September 9, 2025 and causing the publishing and posting of notice of said Public Hearing as required by law. The public hearing has been set for October 21, 2025, at 6 PM in the City Council Chambers.
