MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________________________, seconded by Council Member_______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. C106224, with David Volz Design Landscaping Architects for the Fremont Park Renovation Project – subject to approval by the City Attorney – increasing the total contract amount by thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for a total not-to-exceed amount of one million three hundred thirty-three thousand two hundred fourteen dollars ($1,333,214).
