MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Accepts grant funds in the amount of $350,000 from the California Office of Traffic Safety, Selective Traffic Enforcement Program; and
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute the necessary agreements, certification, and other documents required to accept the Grant.
