MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Community Services & Parks dated September 30, 2025, the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager or a designee to (1) amend the City’s contract with eClean Technologies, LLC (“eClean”), to include an option for the City to purchase 33 units of aqueous ozone (“O3”) equipment at the end of the 36-month rental term, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $307,500, (2) exercise the City’s purchase option, and (3) enter into a contract with eClean for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of O3 equipment purchased by the City in an amount not to exceed $12,000 annually.
