M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to consent to Southern California Public Power Authority’s (SCPPA) execution of a Waiver of Conflict of Interest to permit SCPPA’s outside counsel, Holland & Hart LLP to represent a SCPPA counterparty, Longroad Energy Holdings, LLC in an unrelated matter, as described in the Report Dated September 30, 2025 by the City Attorney. The City Council further authorizes the City Attorney to consent to future SCPPA conflict waivers for unrelated matters.
