M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ______________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $125,000 from the California Department of Justice Sexual Assault Evidence Submission Grant Program. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute all necessary agreements, certifications, and documents to accept and implement the grant.
