Moved by Council Member __________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Community Development dated October 7, 2025, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby approves the implementation of a pilot project in partnership with Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center (“Gateways”) to provide residential care beds and intensive case management services for the unhoused and recently homeless individuals; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to enter into an agreement with Gateways for a contract amount not-to-exceed $813,000.
