M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that Pacific Tank & Construction, Inc. of San Juan Capistrano, California (Pacific Tank & Construction, Inc.) is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish labor, equipment and materials for the Glendale Water & Power Emerald Isle 1850 and Cooks Canyon Tank Rehabilitation Project, Specification No. 4008 and Plan No. 7000-E-1, and that the bid of Pacific Tank & Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power in the Report dated October 28, 2025, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected.
The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with Pacific Tank & Construction, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,903,998, plus a ten percent contingency of $190,400, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
