Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials and exhibits relative to Stage II Design Review application for a proposed new 105-unit, 8-story residential development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) Gateway District, to be located at 820 N. Central Avenue, 208 Arden Avenue, and 212 Arden Avenue Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002693-2023) (“Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on November 4, 2025, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and after having reviewed the materials, and receiving testimony, the Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby APPROVE the Design Review Case based on all of the findings and conclusions contained in the November 4, 2025 Staff Report from the Director of Community Development (“Report”), and subject to all staff recommended conditions of approval contained therein or attached hereto, and subject to Council comments thereon.
