MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials and exhibits relative to Stage II Design Review application for a proposed new 105-unit, 8-story residential development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) Gateway District, to be located at 820 N. Central Avenue, 208 Arden Avenue, and 212 Arden Avenue Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002693-2023) (“Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on November 4, 2025, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and after having reviewed the materials, and receiving testimony, the Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby continue this matter for two weeks until the November 18, 2025 City Council meeting, without further public notice, and directs the City Attorney to prepare written findings in support of DENYING the Design Review Case.
