MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that following the appropriation of $65,838.76 from the City’s Low and Moderate Affordable Housing Trust Fund to Direct Assistance Affordable Housing Trust Fund (Metro Loma) in support of returning the replacement reserves to the new owner (Linc 328 Mira Loma LLC) of Metro Loma Apartments, an affordable housing project located at 328 Mira Loma Avenue, as outlined in the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated November 18, 2025 from the Director of Community Development, said funds may be released to Linc 328 Mira Loma LLC upon terms and conditions acceptable to and approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
