by Council Member , that, with respect to
the November 18, 2025, report of the directors of Community Development and Community Services & Parks, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby approves:
(1) Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Priorities;
(2) Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Proposed CDBG Funding Allocation Plan by Funding Category; and
(3) Issuance of a Request for Proposal to community agencies for CDBG and Emergency Solutions Grant Public Social Services and CDBG Capital Improvement Projects.
