M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes an increase of $1,965,740 to the total amount of $9,206,520 in premiums authorized by the City Council on July 1, 2025, to add the required builders risk and related coverages for the Grayson Repowering Project as outlined in the Report Dated December 2, 2025 by the City Attorney. The new total amount of premiums authorized by this Motion shall not exceed $11,172,260.
