MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member , that the Council of the City of Glendale, following a public hearing on the matter, hereby approves a Substantial Amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (“Substantial Amendment”) to reflect the increase in the City’s total HOME-ARP allocation from $5,109,346 to $5,116,976, as well as to reflect the reallocation of funds to the Hamilton Court Project, as further described in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated December 2, 2025 from the Director of Community Development; and authorizes the City Manager or his designee, and/or Community Development Department staff to submit the Substantial Amendment to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and to execute all application materials, agreements, amendments, certifications, and/or documents and/or take any further actions necessary to allocate/reallocate such funding.
