MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member , that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby directs the City Manager or his designee to apply for or request a 20% attorney services waiver from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency to allow use of $334,000 for direct assistance for the Glendale Rental Assistance and Stabilization Program and the remaining approximately $87,000 portion for focused outreach/education on high-risk areas, and/or a limited-scope partnership with a local nonprofit for light-touch legal navigation, as set forth in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated December 2, 2025 from the Director of Community Development.
