Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member , that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby provides the following direction regarding the Glendale Rental Assistance and Stabilization Program, with respect to the policy choices outlined in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated December 2, 2025 from the Director of Community Development:
