Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale finds that Glendale Fires Systems, Inc. (Glendale Fire) has provided the lowest responsive bid, and they are a responsible bidder, for the Fire-Life-Safety Systems Maintenance and Support Project as described in Specification No. 4028, and that the bid of Glendale Fire for the amount of one million one hundred ninety eight thousand one hundred thirty five dollars ($1,198,135), is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the Director of Public Works, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with Glendale Fire, in the amount of one million one hundred ninety eight thousand one hundred thirty five dollars ($1,198,135).
