MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the December 2, 2025, report of the director of Community Services & Parks, the Council hereby accepts 2025-2026 Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP) funding of $38,670 and Modernizing Older Californians Act (MOCA) funding of $50,000 from County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) for provision of the Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP); and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department Contract Subaward Number ENP252604, period July 2025 – June 2026, to accept and implement the funding.
