MOTION
Moved by Council Member___________________________________, seconded by Council Member_________________________________, that the Council hereby approves Eide Bailly LLP to perform the annual audit of the financial records of the City of Glendale for fiscal years ending 2025-26 through 2027-28, with the option to renew the contract for an additional three fiscal years. The fees for fiscal year 2025-26 is $128,250, for fiscal year 2026-27 is $113,250, for fiscal year 2027-28 is $119,250, for fiscal year 2028-29 is $132,515, for fiscal year 2029-30 is $117,825, and for fiscal year 2030-31 is $120,182. With the contingency reserve (5%) of $36,564, the total cost is $767,836. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with Eide Bailly LLP, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
