The Special Public Meeting of the Glendale Successor Agency convened in the City Hall Council Chambers, in said City, at 3:41 PM, on the above date, pursuant to a call for such meeting signed by the City Clerk of the City Council, and on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is as follows:

A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the Successor Agency is hereby called to meet at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Minutes of the Successor Agency Meetings of December 3, 2024, and February 4, 2025.

2. Closed Session
a. Conference with real property negotiators: Property location – 100 West Glenoaks Blvd. Negotiating parties: Kam Sang Company, Inc. Agency negotiators attending the closed session are: Roubik Golanian, John Takhtalian, Michael J. Garcia, Gillian van Muyden, Bradley Calvert, and Mark Berry. Instructions to the negotiator(s) will concern the price and terms for the sale and release of a restrictive covenant in favor of the Successor Agency Chief Assistant City Attorney, Gillian van Muyden, indicated that action is not anticipated.
Council recessed to Closed Session at 3:42 PM.
