Verra Mobility is committed to the Glendale Speed Safety Program (AB645). Verra Mobility will honor the pricing, the scope and the contract terms of the pre-existing City of Oakland Contract Work Order #21781 should Glendale proceed with a Cooperative Agreement per item 144.
Utilization by Other Agencies. As noted in the Oakland contract, item 17.000 Postage Costs and Methods will be honored as a pass-through costs and shown in item 17.000.
In addition, to help Glendale with billing, Verra Mobility will delay billing the pass-through postage until 90 days after the warning period starts so you will not have to request additional funds as the program starts-up.
