MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon review and consideration of all materials and exhibits relative to Stage II Final Design Review submittal for a proposed new 40-unit, 5-story multi-family development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) East Broadway District, to be located at 126-128 S. Kenwood Street, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002684-2023) (the “Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on December 16, 2025, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and after having reviewed the materials, and receiving testimony, the Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby APPROVE the Design Review Case based on all of the findings and conclusions contained in the December 16, 2025 Staff Report from the Director of Community Development, and subject to Council comments thereon.
