MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials and exhibits relative to Stage II Final Design Review submittal for a proposed new 40-unit, 5-story multi-family development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) East Broadway District, to be located at 126-128 S. Kenwood Street, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002684- 2023) (“Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on December 16, 2025, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and after having reviewed the materials, and receiving testimony, the Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby continue this matter for three weeks until the January 6, 2026 City Council meeting, without further public notice, and directs the City Attorney to prepare written findings in support of DENYING the Design Review Case.
