6 RESOLUTION NO. __________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE ADOPTING PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PLAN NO. 12-247 FOR VACATION CASE NO. 192V; THE
PROPOSED CONDITIONAL VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE FIRST ALLEY EASTERLY
OF CENTRAL AVENUE, SOUTHERLY OF CALIFORNIA AVENUE, WESTERLY OF ORANGE STREET (ALLEY 239), IN GLENDALE, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The attached Plan for the proposed vacation of a portion of the First Alley Easterly of North Central Avenue, Southerly of West California Avenue, Westerly of Orange Street (Alley 239), in the City of Glendale, is hereby approved, adopted, and designated, and shall hereafter be known as Plan No. 12-247.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
