MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the January 27, 2026, report of the director of Community Services & Parks (CSP), the Council hereby approves the draft Request for Proposals for Tennis Operations at Glorietta Park, attached thereto as Exhibit 1, that was revised pursuant to feedback received from the City Council on June 10, 2025, and September 30, 2025, subject to revisions not affecting the substantive Basis for Award and Evaluation Criteria or process for Selecting an Operator.
