MOTION
Moved by Planning Commissioner Malekian, seconded by Commissioner Nazarian, that upon consideration of the proposed zone text amendment to Chapter 30.26 – Advertising Signage Overlay Zone (ASOZ), the proposed zone change amendment to the City’s zoning map, and the proposed Statutory Development Agreement the Planning Commission hereby RECOMMENDS that the City Council adopt the proposed amendments to Title 30 of the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995.
