M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby awards a Professional Services Agreement to California Public Policy Group, Inc. for state legislative advocacy services and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with California Public Policy Group in the not to exceed annual amount of $112,500 for the term of February 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The Council further authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to extend the initial term herein by up to three consecutive one-year terms each in the amount of $122,500 per year. The agreement and any extensions shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney. All other proposals submitted for State Legislative Advocacy Services Request for Proposals are hereby rejected.
