MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________, seconded by Council Member ________________, that with respect to the Report to Council dated February 26, 2026 regarding Consideration of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) Program and initiation of amendments to the Glendale Municipal Code for the TDR Program (“Report”), the Council hereby provides direction to staff to initiate the preparation of said amendments, as follows:

Staff is directed to prepare and finalize such amendments for consideration of recommendation(s) by the Planning Commission, prior to presenting such amendments to the Council for adoption.
