MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to professional services agreement with True North Compliance Services for plan check and inspection services, to increase the maximum cost (the not-to-exceed contract amount) by $300,000, from $400,000 to $700,000, as outlined in the February 24, 2026 staff report from the Director of Community Development. Said agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
