M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Transfer, Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and all related and necessary accompanying documents, for the transfer of the City’s ownership of Ice Energy Thermal Storage (Ice Bear) Units installed at various private commercial property locations within the City, and the issuance of $4,500 electric utility bill credit per Ice Bear unit for their subsequent removal as set forth in the Report dated March 3, 2026 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power Department. All agreements referenced herein and any necessary accompanying documents shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
