M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that the City Council authorizes amendment of the professional services agreement with De Novo Planning Group to increase the contract by an additional $132,481.00 for a new not-to-exceed contract maximum of $1,213,790.00, in order for De Novo to provide detailed parcel-by-parcel analysis and update the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Draft Land Use, Mobility, and Environmental Justice Elements of the General Plan, in order to address the potential development associated with SB 79, and further, to extend the contract term by an additional nine (9) months in order to complete these tasks.
