MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to formally request an adjustment of refuse disposal rates at the Scholl Canyon Landfill (SCLF) active site based on inside wasteshed 10% discount scenario, consistent with the requirements of the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), subject to consultation with and concurrence by the County Sanitation District (District) and the County of Los Angeles (County).
