M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that General Pump Company, Inc. of San Dimas, California is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish labor, equipment and materials for the Glendale Water & Power Department’s (GWP) Glendale High Recycled Water Booster Pump and Motor No. 2 Repair Project , Specification No. 4032, and that the bid of General Pump Company, Inc. is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the General Manager of GWP in the report dated March 10, 2026, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with General Pump Company, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $89,550, with a 10% contingency of $8,955. The contract and any amendments thereto shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
