M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute an amendment to the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement with Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Arcadis) in the amount of $127,211 in order for Arcadis to provide additional services related to the development of a comprehensive Water Master Plan as described in the Report dated March 31, 2026 by the General Manager of Glendale Water and Power Department, for a new contract not-to-exceed amount of $1,324,103. The form of said amendment shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
