Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to consent to and execute a Waiver of Conflict of Interest to Best Best & Krieger, LLP’s representation of the South Coast Air Quality Management District in unrelated matters, as described in the Report Dated March 31, 2026 by the City Attorney.
