by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with CJ Concrete Construction, Inc. for the West Glendale ADA Curb Ramp Installation and Sidewalk Repair Program Phase 2, Specification No. 4007, in the amount of $3,444,149.00.
2. Authorizes a 20 percent construction reserve, equal to $688,830.
