Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member , that the Council of
the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a General Services Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, to allow the City to utilize County services on an as-needed and as-requested basis, and to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any sub-agreements for specific services under the General Services Agreement, subject to the approval as to form by the City Attorney.
